Alpha Sober Living Has Opened in Chiang Mai

A new sober living facility for men has opened in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

The ‘urban recovery house’ in the heart of Chiang Mai uses one to one and group counselling as part of a programme called Recovery Zones. This is combined with a programme of body-based therapies that includes Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Medical Qi Gong, movement coaching, meditation and yoga.

Alpha Sober Living is owned and operated by Alastair Mordey who is regarded as one of the pioneers of drug and alcohol treatment in Thailand. Alastair has more than 18 years experience working in the substance abuse field and has overseen the treatment of more than 2500 addicts.
