Rehabs Face an Uncertain Future as Thailand Extends Covid-19 Restrictions
Thai government may impose an extended 24-hour curfew if the rate of new Covid-19 infections does not slow to a manageable level.
As the coronavirus pandemic develops in Thailand, new restrictions are in place across the country to help deal with the threat of coronavirus.
Mental health and addiction treatment services may be forced to close their doors this week and deny access to new clients. It is thought that existing clients may be able to complete treatment or remain at the caregivers facility.
A 24 hour curfew is possible if existing efforts fail to stem the flow on new infections.
